What does a layered candle mean is that a candle with different layers. You can make as many layers as you want, also you can dyed every layers with different colors. Today, we are going to tell how to make 5 layeres pillar candles with paraffin wax, soy wax and bees wax. Here we go:

Paraffin additive AC-6

Step 1: Melt the Paraffin additive AC-6 with Melting Pot, then pour the paraffin wax into the pot. Please take attention that 1g paraffin additive AC-6 matches with 200g paraffin wax.

Step 2: Thread the wicks or cotton wick into the pillar plastic candle mold, and fix the wicks in the central with wood stick or something else. And you can click the link above for some candle making kits to make your candle making easily.

Step 3: First layer — Add a litter blue dye into the melted paraffin wax and stir. Pour the dyed melted paraffin wax into the mold, and Spin the mold in one direction slowly to make a light blue layer.

Step 4: Second layer— When the first light blue layer dry, repeat the step 3 to make a little dark blue layer. The different between the step 3 and 4 is the quantity of blue dye.

Step 5: Third layer — Add the Green Dye into the melted paraffin wax. Repeat Step 3.

Step 6: Fourth Layer— Repeat Step 3 to make a Dark Blue Layer.

Step 7:  The Last Layer—Melt the Soy wax and bees wax with the ratio of 1:1, then pour the mix wax into the mold to make the last layer.

Step 8: when the last layer dried, get out of the colored layeded candle out of the mold.

Tips: You can use the hot towel to wrap the mold before you get the candle out of the mold, if it is hard to get out.
